This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the "Policy") regulates the processing of personal data of users ("Users") by Black Mamba Corporation SRL, a company domiciled at Clos Pegase 4, 1410 Waterloo, Belgium and duly registered with tax identification number BE0756.678.489 (hereinafter, "Black Mamba") through the application programming interface, software, tools, developer services, data, documentation and website www.198four.com (hereinafter, the "Services").

2. Purposes, legal bases for processing User personal data and retention periods
Users are informed that Black Mamba may process their personal data for the following purposes:

Data marked as mandatory in forms is necessary for service provision. Failure to provide this data will prevent registration and use of the Services. Optional data allows for improved experience but is not essential.
3. Security measures
Black Mamba has adopted the legally required security levels for the protection of personal data and has installed appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of Users' personal data. Security measures have been designed to protect personal data against destruction, loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and/or theft.
4. Recipients of personal data
Personal data may be transferred to the following third-party recipients:
- Black Mamba subsidiaries and affiliates. To manage the use of Services in different territories.
- Third-party cookie providers. See the complete list in our Cookie Policy.
- Banking entities, to validate transactions and payments.
- Competent government entities and bodies, if Black Mamba is legally obligated.
Some entities subcontracted by Black Mamba may have access to personal data as Data Processors. In particular, OpenAI will provide AI engine services (Multimodal LLM) and Google Cloud will provide cloud infrastructure services.
5. International transfers of personal data to third countries
In order for Black Mamba to provide the Services, personal data will be transferred to the United States to OpenAI. These transfers are made with the following specific safeguards:
For OpenAI: international data transfers are supported by the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission in 2021 (modules 2 and 3), incorporated in its Data Processing Agreement, which guarantee a level of protection essentially equivalent to that of the European Economic Area.

6. Data subject rights
Users may exercise before Black Mamba any of the rights detailed below. To exercise such rights, Users must send a request to: contact@198four.com

7. Minors under 18 years of age

8. Changes to our privacy policy
Black Mamba's policy is to publish any changes made to this Policy. If substantial changes are made in the way Users' personal data is processed, Black Mamba will notify Users by email. The date of the last revision of this Policy is identified at the top of the page.
